Recently, a leading domestic filtration solution provider has launched an efficient filtration combo for chemical, coating and ink industries: bag filters paired with pleated filter cartridges. Bag filters are made of multiple materials including needle felt, melt-blown media and nylon mesh, covering a full precision range from 1 to 300μm to meet requirements for pre-filtration and fine filtration. Pleated filter cartridges are thermally welded with PP microporous membrane and non-woven fabric, featuring precision of 0.1–50μm, low pressure drop, high dirt holding capacity and long service life. When used together, they greatly reduce impurity content in end products and improve batch stability. This solution has been applied in production line upgrades for multiple coating and ink manufacturers.
